The internship will be focused on supporting the tutor in the following activities:
- Ensure smooth and timely Ocean freight process workflow by interacting with our customers in arranging their Ocean shipments.
- Ensure data quality into our operating system.
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude, and a friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
Tipo di contratto: Stage extracurriculare 6 mesi
